Technical Support.
If
a receptionist is unavailable, leave a
message for the next available Technical Support representative. When
prompted, leave a detailed description of the problem along with the company
name, your name, and a direct-dial telephone number where you
can be reached. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the return call by
